Very good location right in between town and the gym for us. Super close for everything we needed. Decent room for the price. The room is quite spacious, airconditioned, sea view. It's also clean and the staff is friendly.

There is an Israelian guy that doesn't stay there that claims the whole swimming pool almost every day and is very loud. Constantly yells and screams stuff in Hebrew. It was pretty disturbing and the main reason I left this place. We (the guests) pay for the pool, but we can't use it because he claims it for his swimming lessons. And at the same time we can't sit and enjoy our balcony or room in peace and quiet because he is constantly yelling stuff super loud in a foreign language that's disturbing us. This happened almost daily and was not nice for guests that are paying for their stay there.

The hotel met our expectations. The location was good, the facilities were nice including the pool & room. And, the restaurant was very good and better than expected - nice selection and tasty. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Generally, this place is ok to stay for a few days, but not for the vacation

The rooms in the new houses are neat and clean. The stuff speaks English and the woman in the restaurant is very nice.

- the mattress is extremely firm, and completely uncomfortable. Feels almost like you sleep on the deck - I took a bike for 2 days, and the second day it stopped working. Even though they made a discount and it costed 200, instead of 250 bht, I do not think 200-250 is a legit price for an old and potentially broken click

Okay

The room was a decent size.

They only provided 2 bottles of water on my arrival. Didn't receive any more water, unlike other hotels. The place could do with a revamp and feels like they don't care for the upkeep of the grounds. Could be a decent resort with some TLC. The room was clean and comfortable. I wanted to use the bigger swimming pool, but it looked dirty, so I didn't use it.

Location was good close to thongsala. Offered a shuttle for 500thb to the full moon. Room was spacious

Very Good

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was relatively central. It helped that I rented a car. They have a great pool, so I was able to regularly swim my 1000m. The room was basic but adequate.

The resort is built on a hill, which means there are lots of stairs. The stairs are built unevenly, so that some of them are taller than others. Not good for someone with knee problems.

Value for money location and service

We had a large and comfortable room. Literally a step from the room door, there was a sea. Beautiful sea view from the restaurant terrace. Great girl at reception, she knew everything and could speak good english.

In the shower drain hole could see ground, which means that the shower drains directly into the sea with all chemical shampoos and shower gels. From the room toilet came an undetectable sour odor.

Not worth the money it costs

Big room. The view is not amazing but you can watch a nice sunset from there.

The door didn’t close properly, so we slept with the balcony door open. There is no lock on the front door, so you have to padlock it. When we took a shower, the water did not run down the drain, so there was a lot of water left in the bath for a long time. The pool is very big and good for swimming, but the smell in the area is unpleasant. I went in wanting to spend a long time there but the smell immediately drove me out. It looks like the hotel was good at one time, the facilities are large and spacious, but it needs a bit of maintenance. Not worth the money it costs. It was the most expensive hotel we paid for in our month in Thailand, and definitely not worth it. It's fine if you're going for a couple of days, but I wouldn't spend more than three.

Beautiful but wearing down

Location - away from the hustle and bustle of the island but easy enough to get to whatever you need. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant was good quality and price. 10/10 view. Pool was really nice too! Also heaps of services available through reception- bike hire, laundry, pier transfere etc

No daily room cleaning - not ideal considering how much parties there are on the island. Aircon barely worked and was only passable at night and that was after we told reception it didn't work. Floor boards in the room felt like they might snap - the whole place feels like it's due for light maintenance/renovations.

There was no WiFi in the rooms. WiFi would only work in the communal areas Loads of steps to get to your room and they were extremely steep outdoor steps. Very dangerous if you don't pay attention when going up/down the stairs

Excellent

Booked this at the last minute, as was actually on the ferry ! Handled the booking well and organised a pick up from near the pier. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was nice, comfortable bed and decent shower. The evening meal I ordered was one of the best on my trip. Nice pool.

Although it was near the sea and had a nice view, it was isolated and quite far from anywhere else !

The resort is very nice, with swimming pools and a great view. Personel was friendly and helpful. There is also good restaurant (vegan options available).

We had problem with wi-fi connection. Also the price is high - we wanted to stay longer but the price during the New Year’s Eve was too high for us...

Receptionist is the best of Thailand

Room clean and new , nice pool , nice view. The lady at reception is amazing. She is very European stile , professional e speaks perfect English. You can rent scooter at the hotel ,they are NEW!

Laundry... I give them 2 kg dirty dresses . I put 1 kg white in 1 bag and 1 kg blue in other bag. The day after they give me back 2 kg of dresses all light blue !

Good enough for short stay

Nice terrace with sea view, you can spend time there by watching sunsets. Have two swimming pools and nice restaurant with good sea view.

Inside the bungalow is to dark. WiFi is not good, it is almost not possible to use it. Would be good to have kettle in bungalow. Water was to hot in the swimming pools. The location of the resort is far from the main spots of the island it is hard to reach those spots with out scooter. If you do not drive scooter it is very expensive to travel around the island. The beaches located near the resort is not suitable for swimming.
